(La Jolla, CA) La Playa Gallery introduces the impressionistic works of young and rising star, oil painter, Krista Schumacher, in her first solo show on the west coast.

Mark your calendar for an artist reception Friday, June 1, 2018, from 5-8 p.m. as La Playa Gallery’s artist-in-residence, is introduced to the public. Ms. Schumacher is La Playa Gallery’s first artist-in-residence. We are proud to host her abstract works which express color in both peace and power by way of texture.

La Playa Gallery is located at 2226 Avenida De La Playa, La Jolla, CA, in the heart of La Jolla Shores. Krista’s artist residency will run through June 22nd where she will be painting outside of the gallery during business hours, Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
